Individual Members currently pay £5 per annum to receive all minutes (General and Traffic). Group members £10 per annum. Members decide whether to receive minutes, and other information, by email or by post.
The Forum recognises that it is not always easy to fit in yet another meeting on a regular basis. Minutes are always written so that member groups are kept fully informed, with advance notice of visitors, discussion items etc, so they can attend the Forum meetings of most importance to them.
